Heather Bass of Roseboro Completes Collegiate Learning Assessment in Fall 2017 at Fayetteville State University

In fall 2017, Heather Bass of Roseboro completed the Collegiate Learning Assessment (CLA+) at Fayetteville State University achieving the mastery level of Advanced. The CLA+ is a national assessment of critical thinking and written communication-two skills essential to success in higher education and careers. A mastery level of Advanced is the highest CLA+ level attainable. Only a small percentage of students tested each year achieve a mastery level of Advanced.

The CLA+ is a national assessment of critical thinking and written communication-two skills essential to success in higher education and careers. Fayetteville State University administers the CLA+ to entering freshmen, rising juniors, and graduating seniors to assess their proficiency and improvement with critical thinking and written communication over time.
