Bronco Samantha Halam Accepts Norfolk State's Center of Excellence In Cyber Summer 2017 Internship

Bronco Samantha Halam (Computer Science and Engineering Dual Major) has been selected for an internship at Norfolk State University's Center of Excellence in Cybersecurity. The center emphasizes Cyber Modeling, Simulation, Analysis, and Experimentation (SMSA&E) in collaborative efforts with Tennessee State University and Old Dominion University. These efforts also prepare our homeland in defense of possible cyber threats in real-life settings.

Ms. Halam is a member of Fayetteville State University's Center for Defense and Homeland Security (CDHS) Student Federal Internship Program. She has tirelessly applied for internships during the 2016-2017 academic year and found her fit in cyber. She is also a proud national member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), American Association of University Women (AAUW) and the GEOINT Special Operations Foundation (GSOF).
